As a Senior Key Account Manager in Fastlo company, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities with strategic accounts, developing long-term relationships, and positioning Fastlo as a trusted logistics partner.


  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Key Account Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify and target potential high-value clients in the logistics and shipping sector.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance and explore growth opportunities.

    2. Business Development & Sales Growth

    • Lead efforts to acquire new strategic clients that align with company objectives.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with prospective and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that fit client needs.
    • Consistently achieve sales and revenue growth targets from key accounts.

    3. Operational & Service Coordination

    • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes for key clients.
    • Monitor service performance to ensure timely shipments and exceptional customer experience.
    • Resolve service-related issues in collaboration with internal departments.

    4. Market & Competitor Insights

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.
    • Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to enhance Fastlo s value proposition.

    5. Reporting & Strategic Contribution

    • Prepare performance reports on key accounts and present insights to senior management.
    • Contribute to business planning by identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.
    • Support management in shaping sales strategies for enterprise and large-scale clients.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales within logistics, parcel shipping, or delivery services.
    • Strong track record of acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
