Position Summary

Lead landscape design projects from concept through construction documentation. Develop innovative outdoor solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and environmental considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  ›   Develop landscape design concepts including hardscape layout, planting strategies, water features, and outdoor furniture.

›   Produce landscape construction documentation: planting plans, irrigation layouts, grading plans, and material schedules.

›   Coordinate with architecture, civil, and MEP disciplines for infrastructure integration.

›   Prepare 3D landscape visualizations and client presentation boards.

›   Specify plant species suitable for local and GCC climatic conditions.

›   Assist in reviewing contractor submittals and site execution compliance.

›   Support senior landscape leads on master planning and concept design work.

Qualifications

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

Required Skills:

•      Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D or similar grading tools is an advantage

• Experience with 3D visualization tools (Lumion, SketchUp, or equivalent)

• Good knowledge of regional plant species and irrigation system principles

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent project deliverables

• Proficiency in Arabic and English

• Strong design and presentation skills
