Senior Lawyer – Projects / Project Finance – 6–9 PQE
A top tier international law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded senior lawyer to join its well-regarded Projects team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality project finance matters and play a key role within a strong regional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of project finance transactions across the Middle East
- Supporting sponsors, lenders, developers, and other stakeholders on the structuring and execution of complex financings
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance documents and related transaction materials
- Working closely with partners and senior team members on major regional mandates
- Contributing to the growth and development of the wider projects practice
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified lawyer with 6–9 years PQE and strong project finance experience
- Middle East experience is highly preferred
- England & Wales qualification is preferred
- Commercially minded, technically strong, and confident working on sophisticated cross-border matters
