The role:

• Support on a variety of complex commercial contracts
• Assist with M&A transactions
• Draft and negotiate specific real estate agreements
• Manage complex matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Your profile:

• Qualified lawyer with a recognised Law degree
• Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong background in top-tier legal practice
• Real estate experience essential
