A listed, multi-entity organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of group level financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes across a diverse international structure. This is a key role responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of consolidated financial information, alongside continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS) across all entities
- Manage and coordinate the group close timetable across multiple business units and jurisdictions
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during audit cycles
- Review statutory accounts and support audit readiness across entities
- Maintain and enhance group reporting frameworks, policies, and controls
- Partner with finance teams across the business to ensure consistent and accurate reporting inputs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and reporting automation
- Support senior stakeholders with clear, reliable financial insights and analysis
Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent)
- Ideally Big 4 trained, with a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting
- Proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting within a multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial statement preparation
- Experience working with consolidation tools and ERP systems
- Background in group finance within a complex organisation is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
