About the Role

The Business Advisory Services (BAS) team plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality advisory solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across the UAE and the wider GCC region. This individual will be responsible for managing client engagements, feasibility studies, business plan, market survey, valuation, M&A, FDD, developing and implementing strategic solutions, leading project teams, and contributing to business development initiatives.

This position offers exposure to multiple industries and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive value creation and business transformation for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements across advisory projects
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Conduct business diagnostics, financial and operational analysis
  • Support clients in areas such as:
  • Strategy development
  • Operational improvement
  • Market entry and feasibility studies
  • Organizational design and restructuring
  • Digital transformation initiatives
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives

Experience Requirements

  • Senior Manager: 810 years of relevant experience in business advisory, management consulting, or a related role
  • Experience working with clients in the UAE/GCC region is highly preferred
  • Exposure to multiple industries and complex advisory engagements is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional certifications such as MBA, CA, CFA, CMA are highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of business fundamentals and the UAE economic landscape
