Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government hiring policies
- Manage employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Mandatory experience within government or semi-government entities
- Strong understanding of local hiring regulations and Emiratization initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume and strategic hiring
