Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate recruitment strategy within a government environment in Dubai.

Due to emiratisation demands this role is open to Emirati nationals only, holding a Dubai Family Book and UAE Passport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with government workforce planning objectives

  • Manage and oversee recruitment for senior, specialist, and leadership roles

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities

  • Ensure full compliance with government recruitment policies, frameworks, and approvals

  • Drive Emiratisation initiatives and national talent development strategies

  • Oversee recruitment vendors and ensure service quality and delivery standards

  • Use data and insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and workforce outcomes

  • Lead and mentor a TA team, embedding best practice and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Emirati national with Dubai Family Book and UAE Passport (mandatory)

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the government or semi-government sector

  • Strong understanding of public sector recruitment processes, governance, and compliance

  • Experience hiring across a range of professional, technical, and leadership roles

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate both hands-on and at leadership level
