We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate recruitment strategy within a government environment in Dubai.
Due to emiratisation demands this role is open to Emirati nationals only, holding a Dubai Family Book and UAE Passport.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with government workforce planning objectives
Manage and oversee recruitment for senior, specialist, and leadership roles
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
Ensure full compliance with government recruitment policies, frameworks, and approvals
Drive Emiratisation initiatives and national talent development strategies
Oversee recruitment vendors and ensure service quality and delivery standards
Use data and insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and workforce outcomes
Lead and mentor a TA team, embedding best practice and continuous improvement
Emirati national with Dubai Family Book and UAE Passport (mandatory)
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the government or semi-government sector
Strong understanding of public sector recruitment processes, governance, and compliance
Experience hiring across a range of professional, technical, and leadership roles
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
Strategic mindset with the ability to operate both hands-on and at leadership level
