Role Summary:
Lead strategic marketing and business growth initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets. Drive innovation, identify market opportunities, and develop long-term product and portfolio strategies aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute short- and long-term business and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities and disruptions.
- Develop value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage a 3-year innovation and product pipeline.
- Drive digital adoption and new revenue models.
- Lead, coach, and build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with key accounts to drive growth and retention.
- Represent the business through customer engagements and industry events.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years in B2B marketing/sales.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy and teams.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Experience in solution-based selling and digital innovation.
- Background in heavy industries (e.g., industrial gases, metals, mining, chemicals) preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- International/regional exposure (MEA preferred).
