Senior Marketing Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies, analyze market performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights reporting
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports and dashboards
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage and follow up with marketing agencies and external vendors
- Track marketing KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Support the Marketing Supervisor in achieving departmental objectives

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fiel
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, market research, performance marketing, or data analysi
- Experience managing marketing agencies and external service provider
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skill
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoin
- Experience with dashboards and marketing performance reporting tool
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skill
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
