Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and cross-functional Resource Operations Manager to lead the daily content distribution and exposure planning of campaigns and key projects on Bybit's platform. This role will be critical in ensuring our promotional tools operate efficiently, user experience remains intuitive, and all activities achieve optimal visibility and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Campaign Distribution
Coordinate and execute the daily in-app/web exposure and resource allocation for ongoing activities, including homepage banners, pop-ups, announcements, notification pushes, and more.
Tool Optimization & Efficiency
Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve internal promotional tools and workflow efficiency (e.g., automation of resource scheduling, auditing, tagging, etc.).
User Experience Balance
Optimize placement logic to ensure promotions are effective without overwhelming the user. Continuously improve the user journey by analyzing feedback and behavior data.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion, user coverage) and use insights to iterate campaign exposure strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with regional marketing, product managers, designers, and tech teams to ensure promotion consistency and execution quality across departments.
Project & Workflow Management
Track and manage task timelines across multiple teams. Act as the project owner for campaign exposure process improvement.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in operations, product operations, or campaign/content management, preferably in the internet, tech, or fintech industry
Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel, dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and basic SQL is a plus
Demonstrated product thinking and understanding of user behavior in digital platforms
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially when working with technical and business teams
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing fast-paced workloads and changing priorities
Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
Nice to Have:
Experience with crypto/web3 platforms
Familiarity with mobile and web app UX design principles
Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and traffic distribution strategies
