ROLE OVERIVEW
We're hiring a Performance Media Buyer to execute, manage, and optimise paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, operating across multiple cities and countries.
This role requires strong understanding of auction mechanics, budget control, creative fatigue, and funnel performance, with clear ownership of monitoring cadence, budget pacing, impression delivery, CPM, CPI, web leads, and CAC at a city, campaign, and device-type level.
You'll be managing multiple concurrent campaigns across different markets, requiring disciplined monitoring cadence and the ability to identify performance shifts quickly.
CORE RESPOSIBILITES
Paid Media Execution & Ownership
Manage and optimise paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok
Operate multiple simultaneous campaigns across different cities and countries with city-level accountability
Build, maintain, and iterate Dynamic Creative & Advantage+ campaigns (Meta) and Smart/Dynamic campaigns (TikTok)
Execute full-funnel campaigns including prospecting, retargeting, reactivation, and web lead generation
Monitoring Frequency & Performance Control
Monitor live campaigns daily across all active markets (spend pacing, impressions, CPM, CPI, CPL)
Conduct structured multi-weekly performance reviews segmented by city, campaign, and device type
Run weekly campaign health checks to identify creative fatigue, frequency saturation, and auction pressure
Maintain monitoring discipline across 10+ concurrent campaigns without performance blind spots
Escalate issues immediately when KPIs drift outside thresholds
Budget Management & Pacing
Own daily, weekly, and monthly budget management across multiple campaigns
Reallocate budgets dynamically across cities, campaigns, platforms, and devices based on performance signals
Prevent overspend in underperforming or saturated markets
Impressions, CPM, CPI & Web Leads
Own impression delivery, CPM, CPI, and CPL targets by city, campaign, and device
Ensure impression volume supports learning and testing across all active campaigns
Diagnose auction pressure, creative fatigue, and funnel friction
Creative Refresh & Content Velocity
Vertical video: new creatives weekly
Static creatives: refresh every 23 weeks
Provide data-backed feedback to content teams
Track creative frequency and fatigue signals across multiple campaigns to inform refresh priorities
Testing & Experimentation
Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats, bids, and landing pages
Use platform-native testing tools
Roll learnings out across markets
Reporting
Bi-weekly and monthly reporting
Report spend, pacing, impressions, CPM, CPI, CPL, CAC by city and device
Communicate what changed, why, and next actions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
25+ years Meta & TikTok media buying experience
Multi-city or multi-country campaign experience managing 5+ concurrent campaigns
Strong understanding of CPM, CPI, CPL, CAC and auction mechanics
Experience with Dynamic Creative and Smart campaigns
Proven ability to maintain monitoring discipline and catch performance issues early across multiple campaigns
KEY METRICS
Primary: Budget pacing, Impressions, CPM, CPI, Web Leads / CPL and CAC
Monitoring: Daily campaign checks, multi-weekly city-level reviews, weekly creative fatigue analysis.
