Beyond Advertising is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to join our fully remote team. We aren't just looking for someone to manage ads—we're looking for a performance powerhouse who understands the intersection of high-level strategy, psychological hooks, and technical optimization.

As our Senior Media Buyer, you will own the end-to-end execution of paid social and search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for significant budgets, and more importantly, significant ROI.

What you'll do:

• Strategize & Execute: Build, launch, and manage full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms (TikTok/YouTube).
• Scale Aggressively: Identify winning creative and audience segments to scale spend while maintaining efficiency.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into the data to identify bottlenecks and pivot strategies in real-time.
• Collaborate on Creative: Work closely with our creative team to brief high-converting hooks and visual assets based on performance data.
• Communicate Impact: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing $100k+ in monthly spend.
• Platform Expert: You know the Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards like the back of your hand.
• Data-Obsessed: You don't make moves based on gut feelings; you let the ROAS, CPA, and MER guide your decisions.
• Direct-Response Minded: You understand the why behind what makes people click and convert.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Media Planning, Media Buying, and Media Strategy
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance and market data
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, tools, and performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of successful media buying campaigns in similar roles
