Job Title: Senior Media Buyer

Location: Egypt, Cairo, Maadi

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Media Buyer to lead our paid media campaigns for a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple client accounts, executing cross-channel digital media buying strategies, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. You will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing high-budget media purchases while staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across digital channels for multiple clients, including but not limited to social media, search, display, programmatic, and video advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates for various clients.
  • Negotiate media buys with vendors, agencies, and publishers to secure competitive pricing and advantageous placements.
  • Oversee and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize results across different client portfolios.
  • Monitor industry trends, audience insights, and competitive strategies to optimize media investments.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging tailored to each client.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve performance and engagement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on media performance, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure all media buying activities align with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting, with a focus on digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Expertise in media planning, negotiation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, DSPs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and handling large-scale budgets with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.
  • Familiarity with emerging media trends and new digital advertising technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with programmatic media buying and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of attribution models and marketing mix modeling.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing and affiliate networks.
  • Background in direct response advertising and lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience in the Gulf field, especially in the medical field.
