We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can own and optimize full-funnel strategies to drive scalable e-commerce growth and qualified lead generation. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns across multiple channels, while focusing on driving revenue and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-converting e-commerce sales funnels for multiple DTC brands.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Own campaign structures, ad copy, landing page strategies, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Track KPIs such as ROAS, AOV, LTV, CPA, and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and Commercial teams to produce funnel assets (landing pages, lead magnets, creatives, etc.).
- Utilize analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking) to extract insights and refine strategy.
- Lead strategic discussions on scaling, budget allocation, and channel prioritization.
Generate weekly reports with clear metrics and actionable insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 23 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in e-commerce and lead gen.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads + Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Strong grasp of funnel mechanics: TOF/MOF/BOF content, retargeting, upselling, and lead nurturing.
- Experience with CRO, landing page tools (e.g. Unbounce, GHL), and heatmaps (e.g. clearity).
- Advanced understanding of UTM structures, GA4, attribution models, and data analysis.
- Experience in scaling ad accounts from $10k/month to $100k+/month is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with ad automation tools and performance dashboards is a bonus.
