We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
TikTok Ads (Plus)
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance on a daily basis and implement continuous optimizations.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve optimal performance and cost control.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key KPIs and insights.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and advertising policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
