Overview
Senior Media Buyer within the Marketing Department. This role is crucial in planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across social media platforms to maximize brand reach, engagement, and ROI. This position will strengthen the department's ability to execute high-performing digital media campaigns, maximize ROI, and support long-term brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, negotiate, and manage digital media campaigns across platforms, including YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, and display networks
- Develop digital media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and budgets
- Conduct research to identify target audiences, trends, and optimal ad placements
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize spending for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Manage relationships with social media platforms and advertising vendors
- Prepare detailed media plans, budgets, and post-campaign performance reports
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines, policies, and quality standards
Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in Media Buying.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or analytics tools are an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of digital media buying, paid social advertising, and campaign optimization
- Advanced understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and digital ROI measurement
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel dashboards, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with social media and ad management platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google/YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager)
- Practical experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
