JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms to drive performance, ROI, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic)
Optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights
Coordinate with content and design teams
Test new platforms and formats
Ensure efficient CPA, ROAS, and scaling strategies
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
4-6 years in media buying
Strong analytical skills
Advanced Meta & Google Ads experience
Data-driven mindset
WORKING CONDITIONS
Full-time, office-based, occasional after-hours optimization, with work from home flexibility after 3 months.
