Senior Motion Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled motion designer who is passionate about creating engaging and

visually pleasing video content.

Responsibilities:

Motion Design: Create and design engaging 2D and 3D animations for social media, advertising

campaigns, and other digital & non-digital platforms.

Video Editing: Edit and assemble video content to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.

Storyboarding & Conceptualization: Create storyboards to visualize motion graphics flow and

design elements, turning abstract ideas into engaging visual content.

Video Editing: Integrate motion graphics into videos, ensuring smooth transitions, visual effects,

and animations align with brand standards.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics align with the brand's visual guidelines and

maintain consistency across all platforms and media.

Audio & Sound Design: Oversee the Audio & sound effects for all motion graphics, ensuring that

audio elements enhance the overall visual experience.

Creative Ideation: Generate and develop innovative ideas for motion graphics and video

content, aligning with the company's objectives and brand identity.

Cross-Platform Integration: Work on various types of content, including social media posts,

promotional videos, and advertisements.

Technical Proficiency: Utilize a range of motion design techniques and tools to produce high

quality animations and video content.

Cultural Sensitivity: Apply an understanding of different cultures to create relevant and

impactful designs for a diverse audience.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and

content creators, to ensure a unified and effective visual strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in art, Design, Architecture, or a related field.

5-7 years proven experience in agency environments or similar settings.

Proven expertise in Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro Bonus expertise Character

Animator, Firefly, Houdini Nuke, Substance 3D, Blender, and Cinema 4D)

Ability to see different points of view and having an eye for details for the ability to spot errors.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines

Excellent organizational & multitasking skills.

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion design projects.
