We're seeking a Professional Services Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to deliver high-quality Data Center Networking solutions. This role involves architecture, design, implementation, consulting, and troubleshooting across ACI, Routing & Switching, and VXLAN technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Create network designs (ACI & VXLAN) and documentation aligned with client needs.
- Implementation: Deploy, configure, upgrade, and migrate Data Center solutions.
- Consulting: Advise clients, lead workshops, and share best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in Data Center Networking, ACI, RS, VXLAN.
- Strong Cisco experience (Nexus, NX-OS, NDFC, Nexus Dashboard).
- Expertise in BGP/OSPF, VXLAN EVPN, multicast (ASM/SSM).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Preferred: CCIE Data Center and/or CCIE Routing & Switching.
