We are seeking a high-caliber Odoo Implementer with strong functional depth and solid technical exposure to lead ERP transformation projects across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
About the Role
This is not a basic configuration role. You will be working within a certified Odoo Silver Partner environment, delivering structured, multi-module ERP implementations across diverse industries. The role requires strong solution architecture thinking, deep module configuration expertise, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable Odoo ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation lifecycle (Discovery Design Configuration Go-live Support)
- Conduct deep-dive business analysis sessions and process mapping workshops
- Design scalable ERP solution architecture across multiple modules
- Configure and optimize core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Perform advanced configuration, including workflows, automated actions, access rights, and reporting logic
- Support data migration planning and validation
- Work closely with technical developers on (Custom module specifications, API integrations, Third-party system integrations, and Custom reports & dashboards)
- Oversee UAT cycles and manage client sign-off
- Deliver executive-level client presentations and training workshops
- Ensure implementation quality, documentation standards, and project timelines
Qualifications
- 36+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and cross-module dependencies
- Proven experience implementing Accounting module (preferred)
- Experience in multi-company / multi-branch structures
- Exposure to localization requirements (VAT, tax compliance, regional setups)
- Ability to document BRDs, FRS, and implementation roadmaps
- Experience working with development teams on customization specs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English
Required Skills
- Experience working with Odoo Partner companies
- Exposure to projects in GCC markets (KSA / UAE)
- Understanding of API logic and integration flows
- PMP or ERP certifications (Plus)
Pay range and compensation package
Immediate start preferred (candidates can start within Ramadan)
