- Perform any other responsibilities associated with the position when requested
- Prepare and follow up the implementation of sector review and updating plan of documents, Policies, Manual and Guidelines and review the draft copies before final approval
- Follow the processes KPIs reporting and audits the results & achieving targets mechanism
- Manage the compliance management system Verify the recommendations received and work on closing them
- Review the Organizational structure and the Roles & Responsibilities and conduct the audits when requested
- Provide training and awareness sessions when required for the quality and compliance management systems to promote the quality culture
- Provide the consultation and support to corporate departments within quality management, and compliance fields when requested
- Perform the special assignment related to audit and technical investigations as per directions of CEO or the direct manager
- Participate in the evaluation processes when requested
- conduct the audits for the roles and responsibilities of departments and units
- Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System in in a accordance to ISO 9001 standard
- Implementation of the system management reviews and raising the related reports within quality and compliance systems
- Manage the external audit processes and follow up with concerned determents the closure of the audit findings within the audit reports
- Prepare and execute the internal Quality Audit plans in order to comply with the requirements of ISO standards
- preparations/ implementation of ISO standards & the management systems requirements

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Quality Management, or equivalent from an accredited university. Master's degree is preferred. Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or master's degree with 6 years of experience
