Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies, with strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/HDL, REST and SOAP web services, and SQL/PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities and Skills • Work independently with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions • Deliver end-to-end activities including design, development, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, production deployment, and post-go-live production support • Strong troubleshooting capability for production issues, including root-cause analysis, log analysis, performance tuning, and governed data fixes • Good documentation discipline, including technical design documents, deployment notes, and operational handover documentation • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within an integrated project delivery model • Follow Oracle Cloud best practices by maintaining Clean Core principles using extension frameworks and upgrade-safe approaches

Specialized Technical Requirements • Integration: Design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using OIC, with strong expertise in SOAP and REST web services • Data Migration: Execute end-to-end data migration into Oracle Fusion using FBDI and HDL, including data mapping, staging, validation and reconciliation, and loading through standard templates and APIs • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and support BI Publisher data models, RTF and eText templates, and bursting definitions; build and embed OTBI analyses • Extensions: Design and develop custom applications and extensions using VBCS and Oracle APEX; implement Redwood-compliant UI experiences where applicable, including CX-related extensions and integrations as needed

Nice to Have • PCA: Experience building workflow applications, approvals, and process orchestration (forms, integrations, and human tasks), including deployment and production support • ADF: Exposure to ADF development and maintenance, particularly in extension or legacy Oracle web application contexts • Oracle JET: Experience building UI components and front-end experiences using Oracle JET • Experience with OCI Functions, Autonomous Database, ORDS, and API Gateway • ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing experience (UBL 2.1 XML, SHA-256/ECDSA signing, FATOORA integration) • Relevant Oracle certifications (OCI Integration, OCI Developer, Redwood) are a plus
