Title: Senior Payroll and Personnel Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations and personnel administration, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
- Handle payroll-related calculations, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee queries efficiently.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
Personnel Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle social insurance processes, medical insurance, and employee benefits administration.
- Draft HR letters, contracts, and official documents as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and social insurance regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
