Job Description

Title: Senior Payroll and Personnel Specialist

Location: New Cairo, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations and personnel administration, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
  • Handle payroll-related calculations, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee queries efficiently.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.

Personnel Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle social insurance processes, medical insurance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, and official documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and social insurance regulations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
