Role Description

The Senior Performance Buyer is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. The role is focused on planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies to achieve maximum ROI. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization across different platforms. The role also requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align performance strategies with business objectives and target audience insights.

Qualifications

From 3 to 5 years og experience

• Expertise in Performance Marketing strategies, including PPC, paid social media, and search engine advertising.
• Proficiency in data analysis, ROI tracking, and campaign optimization using marketing analytics tools.
• Proven skills in market research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and tiktok , Meta Ads.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in the real estate or property marketing sector is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field .
