We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning and management within the engineering or construction sectors, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules and plans, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and align schedules.
- Analyze project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, including forecasts and potential risks.
- Support project managers in resource allocation and optimization of project timelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 20-30 years of experience in planning and project management within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
