Key Responsibilities
- :Develop and Maintain Schedules: Create detailed baseline schedules with defined timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- .Track and Report Progress: Continuously monitor project timelines and compare against actual performance to flag deviations
- .Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays
- .Resource Optimization: Ensure balanced and efficient use of resources across multiple project scopes
- .Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports highlighting progress updates, resource allocation, and critical issues
- .Risk Contingency Support: Actively update schedules based on evolving project risks and constraints
- .Mentorship: Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior planning engineers to enhance team capability

Qualification
- s:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical
- ).3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within major EPC or infrastructure project
- s.Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Projec
- t.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and critical path methodolog
