Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead planning and scheduling activities for construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with budgets and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules and plans
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
  • Identify delays and risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Perform variance and critical path analysis
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Review contractor schedules and track performance
  • Support claims, delay analysis, and extension of time (EOT)
  • Ensure projects meet milestones and contractual requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 12–15 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Good understanding of project controls and scheduling
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred

  • Experience in EPC or large construction projects
  • Exposure to claims and delay analysis
