Job Purpose
To lead planning and scheduling activities for construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with budgets and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules and plans
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Identify delays and risks and recommend corrective actions
- Perform variance and critical path analysis
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Review contractor schedules and track performance
- Support claims, delay analysis, and extension of time (EOT)
- Ensure projects meet milestones and contractual requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 12–15 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Good understanding of project controls and scheduling
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred
- Experience in EPC or large construction projects
- Exposure to claims and delay analysis
