Senior Production Manager – Joinery, Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and oversee our joinery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across multiple projects.

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of joinery production, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily production operations within the joinery facility

Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet project timelines and delivery targets

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials

Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance with specifications

Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular performance reports

Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies

Manage, mentor, and develop production teams and supervisors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in joinery or woodworking production, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery

Required Skills

·       Proven experience in joinery and fit-out industries, with a strong focus on hospitality projects, particularly hotels. Scope of expertise should include:

• Wood
• Metal
• Glass
• Acrylic
• Laminates, veneers, and finishes
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of resource allocation (manpower, machines, materials)
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams (carpentry, metal, painting, installation)
• Strong supervision and performance management skills for foremen and supervisors
• Ability to monitor production costs and reduce waste
• Strong eye for detail and finishing quality (especially for hospitality standards)
• Experience implementing QA/QC procedures in production
• Ability to quickly resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues
• Practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting on the shop floor
• Close coordination with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams
• Ability to review drawings and ensure production feasibility before execution
• Good understanding of safety standards and factory compliance requirements
• Ability to enforce safe working practices on the shop floor
• Strong ownership of delivery timelines and milestone tracking
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive project deadlines
