Role Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-profile construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders; supervising project progress; and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The role involves solving project challenges, driving efficiency, and promoting innovation in construction management practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budget control, and resource allocation
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring on-time procurement and delivery of project materials
• Proficiency in Inspection processes and maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of Logistics Management for handling supply chain and transportation effectively
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a preference for expertise in commercial and luxury developments
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with modern construction management tools and technology
