Senior Project Manager
Dubai Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex development and infrastructure projects across its entertainment portfolio.
This role will oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, and handover ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the client representative, the successful candidate will work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, and handover
- Represent Dubai Holding in all client, consultant, and contractor interfaces
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and progress reporting
- Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, development, and operations to support project delivery
- Oversee consultant and contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Drive value engineering initiatives and cost-effective design solutions
- Manage project risks, variations, and change control processes
- Provide clear and regular reporting to senior leadership on project performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and permitting processes across Dubai
Candidate profile
- Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Solid commercial awareness with understanding of project costs, contracts, and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and drive practical solutions
- Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent are highly desirable
- 1015 years of project management experience, ideally within real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale developments
- Experience delivering complex projects within the UAE or GCC
- Prior client-side experience within government or semi-government organisations is preferred
- Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time and within budget
