The Project Manager will oversee Oracle EBS projects, managing communication between the customer and implementation teams. With 4-5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, the candidate should have expertise in Oracle EBS Configuration and Customization. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with Waterfall methodology, Microsoft Project, Jira, and a Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience with government projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred. The Project Manager will ensure that projects meet deadlines and align with client requirements while managing internal teams and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle EBS projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring client requirements are met
- Act as the liaison between the customer and implementation team
- Lead internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Ensure project deadlines are met and that project scope is adhered to
- Use Waterfall methodology and tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to manage project progress
- Ensure proper configuration and customization of Oracle EBS
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead government-related projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years as a Project Manager in the ERP sector, specifically with Oracle EBS
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Preferably experience in managing government projects in Saudi Arabia with IT sector
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Waterfall methodology, Microsoft Project, and Jira.
