Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for company projects, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with project objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle and address any arising issues or disputes.
  • Identify and assess contractual risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the contract closeout process, ensuring all deliverables are completed and documentation is finalized.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Communicate contract terms, obligations, and performance clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all contracts, amendments, and related documentation are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract performance, compliance, and risk management for senior management review.
  • Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and resolve contract-related disputes in coordination with legal counsel when necessary.

Non-Technical Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear team vision aligned with organizational goals and cascade strategic objectives effectively.
  • Ensure team goals and performance metrics are achieved while tracking progress against strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and monitor action plans.
  • Model organizational values in all interactions and decision-making.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.
  • Support team members development plans and ensure continuous professional growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that promotes open communication and high morale.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and manage change effectively within the team.
  • Ensure timely submission of departmental periodic reports to top management.

Educational Background, Skills & Experience Required

  • 10–12 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage stakeholders expectations.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • FIDIC and CLAC certification is required.
