Job Description

The Senior Projects Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sector
  • Proven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, MS Office, and CAD
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
