The Senior Projects Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sector
- Proven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, MS Office, and CAD
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
