Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in Heliopolis. Responsibilities include providing expert advice to clients on property investments, building and nurturing customer relationships, and driving effective sales processes to achieve targets. The role involves conducting property viewings, market analysis, and identifying opportunities to meet client needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with experience in analyzing market trends and presenting valuable insights to clients.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build strong client relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Heliopolis or similar areas is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
