Identify and qualify potential buyers, sellers, and tenants through networking, marketing, and referrals to expand the client base and strengthen the company's market presence.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored property solutions to ensure client satisfaction and successful deal closures.
Lead the negotiation and closing of property transactions (sales and rentals) to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company. Prepare and manage legal documentation such as sales agreements, leases, and purchase contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth transaction processes.
Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute directly to the organization's revenue growth and performance objectives.
Conduct regular market research and provide clients with expert investment advice to position the company as a trusted real estate advisor and boost client confidence.
Monitor property values, trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.
Guide and mentor junior property consultants to develop their sales skills and improve overall team productivity.
Assist in training sessions and sales meetings to ensure best practices and consistent performance standards across the team.
Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure the seamless execution of property transactions and client satisfaction.
Maintain updated client records, listings, and transaction data in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient follow-up processes.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to support management in strategic planning and performance evaluation.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Working Under Stress. Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
