About the Role

Brokers Hub is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients make informed real estate investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and professional project presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Mentor junior property consultants and share best sales practices.
• Represent Brokers Hub with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field..
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Fluent in Arabic with good command of English.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
