This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheraton for a Customer Service Specialist and Senior Property Consultant. The role involves providing top-notch customer service to clients, offering expert real estate consulting, overseeing property sales transactions, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also includes assisting clients in understanding their property needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those expectations, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Proven expertise in Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales
• Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication
• Experience in client engagement and property management
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Sheraton and surrounding areas is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
