Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property transactions, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating sale terms, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and to effectively collaborate with team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Cairo real estate market is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial
