Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in New Cairo. The role involves listing properties, consulting with clients to understand their needs, showcasing properties, and negotiating transactions. The Sales Agent will maintain and manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include staying updated on market trends and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate Sales and general knowledge of the real estate market ,The candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• A valid Real Estate License and experience working in real estate is preferred.
• Customer Service and Sales expertise with the ability to build client relationships and address client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local market in New Cairo, Egypt.
