Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consulting services, maintaining effective communication with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting property sales. Daily tasks include working with clients to identify their needs, presenting property options, and guiding them through the entire sales process to close transactions successfully.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of the property market.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales expertise with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in identifying and meeting client needs, along with negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in the real estate sector in Egypt or the Middle East region is a plus.
