Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Property Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include showcasing properties, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market trends, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Property Consultant will manage client inquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the property transaction process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to guide clients through property transactions effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven expertise in Sales with a focus on negotiation and closing deals in the real estate industry
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Experience in real estate, property management, or similar fields is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
