- Making regular visits to all developers offices.
- Attending client meetings.

- Creating Sales/Business Development Strategies to Boost Business Volumes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
