Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qasmi El Sheikh Zayed for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves advising clients on property options, guiding them through the buying or rental process, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include property viewings, market research, responding to client inquiries, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the internal team to match clients with suitable properties.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and property regulations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trusted relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Strong Sales acumen and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of local real estate markets in New Cairo, 6th October City, and Sheikh Zayed is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
