Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients with property buying, selling, and renting decisions, delivering tailored property solutions, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, providing consultations, managing negotiations, and achieving sales targets while upholding excellent customer service standards. You will play a key part in driving client satisfaction and achieving company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with experience in advising clients effectively
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster relationships with clients
• Proven skills in Customer Service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and negotiation techniques to achieve and exceed targets
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in New Cairo
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team to deliver results
• Previous experience in real estate consultancy is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
