Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing tailored property recommendations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends. The Senior Property Consultant will work closely with the sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and sales skills to guide clients in making informed property investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends, particularly in high-end properties.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and meet targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Must Have Experience in Real Estate
