Senior Property Consultant

H&S real estate company is expanding their sales team and seeking ambitious multilingual Property Consultants to join a performance-driven environment with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Convert qualified leads into successful property investments.
• Advise and guide investors on high-potential off-plan opportunities in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Present exclusive projects and deliver tailored investment solutions.
• Negotiate and close high-value property deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, launches, and developer updates.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of real estate or sales experience (Dubai experience preferred).
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English language is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a commission-only structure.
• Strong resilience, discipline, and ambition to succeed in real estate.
