Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and investment process. This role includes managing a portfolio of properties, conducting market analyses, and providing expert consultation to help clients select suitable options. The consultant will handle property viewings, negotiate offers and contracts, and ensure transactions are completed efficiently and transparently. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support successful deals. The Senior Property Consultant is expected to contribute to business growth through proactive lead generation, professional networking, and consistent follow-up.

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with experience advising clients on residential and investment opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends in New Cairo, and property valuation fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess a track record of working in a real estate or brokerage environment, with senior-level responsibility or equivalent experience.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, with flexibility for client meetings, property visits, and occasional weekend or evening engagements.
